Free cancellation
You can cancel a booked transfer free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed pick-up time. Reply to the confirmation email, send a WhatsApp message to +385 91 600 1201 or write to info@dubrovnikcartransfer.com.
Changes
Changing the time, the date, the pick-up place or the number of passengers is free up to 24 hours before the pick-up. If a change means a different vehicle or a longer route, we send a new fixed price for you to accept before anything is changed.
Late cancellations and no-shows
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the pick-up, or you are not at the meeting point and we cannot reach you, we may ask you to pay the cost of the journey the driver has already made to reach you.
Flight delays
For airport pick-ups we follow the flight number you gave us. If the flight lands late, the pick-up moves with it at no cost. The first 60 minutes of waiting after landing are included in the price. If the flight is cancelled or moved to another day, tell us and we rebook or cancel without charge.
Waiting time elsewhere
At hotels, private addresses and the port, 15 minutes of waiting are included. If you need longer, message the driver or the office so the driver can wait.
Delays outside our control
Border queues, road closures and severe weather can lengthen a journey. The fixed price does not change because of a queue at the border. If a delay makes a booked transfer impossible, we offer a new time or cancel it without charge.
If we have to cancel
If we cannot run a confirmed transfer, we tell you as soon as we know and you owe nothing.
